RefurbAlert monitors Apple's official refurbished store and sends email notifications when stock changes are detected.

2. No Guarantee

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every stock change will be detected or that products will remain available by the time you act on an alert. Apple Refurbished inventory changes rapidly.

3. Fair Use

RefurbAlert is for personal use only. Automated scraping of our service, reselling alerts, or using RefurbAlert for commercial inventory monitoring is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Links

Alert emails contain links to Apple.com. RefurbAlert is not affiliated with Apple Inc. "Apple" and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.

5. Limitation of Liability

RefurbAlert is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed alerts, unavailable products, or any damages resulting from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
